These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zellia mobile application, backend services, notifications, widgets, legal pages, and related services (the "Service"), provided by Hainan Huace Zhikang Huanbao Gongcheng Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, creating an account, subscribing, or using Zellia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Zellia on devices you own or control for personal, household, and family wellness coordination purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly allows.

Features may vary by platform, region, account status, subscription status, device permissions, network availability, and backend configuration. The current release focus is Android. iOS-specific services may be unavailable until separately configured and released.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Zellia may support Firebase sign-in, email/password, third-party OAuth sign-in, and family activation flows. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us at support@dothings.one if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you create, activate, or manage an account for an elder family member, you represent that you have permission to do so and that information you provide is accurate.
Family features are high-trust features. You agree to invite, approve, and manage only people you know and trust. Approved family members may see health-related information according to granted permissions. Management permissions may allow a caregiver to help record data, manage medication plans, record voice reminders, or use other family care features.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before sharing another person's health-related information, account information, or voice recording through Zellia.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, or security risk.
You retain ownership of the medication entries, vitals, family aliases, voice recordings, notes, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create operational copies of User Content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of User Content. Zellia does not verify whether medication schedules, dosages, vitals, or family instructions are medically correct.
Zellia PRO may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Google Play and, if later released on other platforms, through the applicable app store. Subscription availability, pricing, trial periods, billing periods, and included features may vary by region and store listing.
Basic features may be provided without charge. We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features, free-tier limits, PRO benefits, notifications, widgets, or integrations with reasonable notice where practical. Free access does not create a service-level agreement.
Zellia relies on third-party services including Firebase/Google services for authentication and push messaging, RevenueCat and app stores for subscriptions, Cloudflare R2 for object storage, hosting and database providers, OAuth providers, and device operating system services. Third-party outages, policy changes, store decisions, permission settings, or network conditions may affect Zellia features.
Medication reminders, push notifications, widget updates, weekly summaries, abnormal reading alerts, and PDF reports are provided for convenience only. Delivery may be delayed, missed, duplicated, silenced, blocked by device settings, affected by battery optimization, or unavailable without network access. You remain responsible for following medical instructions and confirming medication or health actions independently.
Zellia, including software, design, trademarks, logos, text, workflows, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information. Our Account & Data Deletion page explains how to delete your account or request deletion without app access. Account deletion does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR RELIABILITY.
We do not warrant that reminders will arrive on time, that health entries are accurate, that family members will act on notifications, that subscriptions will sync instantly, or that Zellia will meet any health outcome.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Hainan Huace Zhikang Huanbao Gongcheng Co., Ltd. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ZELLIA.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hainan Huace Zhikang Huanbao Gongcheng Co., Ltd. from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Zellia, your User Content, unauthorized family sharing, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
You may stop using Zellia at any time and may delete your account via Settings - Delete Account or by following our deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if required by law or platform policy. Upon termination, your license ends and we handle data according to our Privacy Policy and deletion process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Beijing, China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise. Courts located in Beijing, China shall have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you a different mandatory forum.
If you obtained Zellia through Google Play or another app store, your use is also subject to that store's terms. Store providers are not responsible for maintaining or supporting Zellia unless their own terms say otherwise. Contact us at support@dothings.one for Zellia support.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the app, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
